VEHICLE ALIGNMENT SERVICE GUARANTEE

The Provider of this Service Guarantee is the Dealership stated on Customer’s Service Invoice.

SERVICE GUARANTEE: The Dealership guarantees that the alignment service detailed on the Service Invoice will be performed properly. If the alignment service was not performed properly, then the Dealership will provide for the alignment service to be re-performed at no additional charge to you, during the Guarantee Term.

GUARANTEE TERM: The Guarantee Term is the period during which you are eligible for the coverage. The Guarantee Term is the number of months and/or mileage (whichever occurs earlier) stated in the Service Invoice.

ELIGIBILITY: This Service Guarantee only covers the original purchaser of the alignment services detailed in the Service Invoice. The Service Guarantee only applies to the vehicle identified in the Service Invoice.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
No coverage is provided for:

  • Damage caused by abuse, neglect, accidents, or customer’s modification.

  • Issues resulting from external factors such as road conditions, accidents, or other vehicle-related damage.

  • Fleet vehicles.

  • Maintenance services or other wear items such as tires, suspension components, or steering parts.

  • Incidental or consequential damages.

  • A vehicle if the suspension and/or body/height have been modified outside of OEM specifications.

If parts are required to restore vehicle to manufacturer’s alignment specifications, then those parts and the labor required to install them are not covered. Subject to in-store equipment availability and employee qualifications to align the vehicle.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM: To make a claim, contact Dealership listed on the service invoice or contact the customer service number indicated in this Service Guarantee.

OTHER IMPORTANT PROVISIONS: No implied guarantee is provided. Some states do not allow limitations of implied guarantee, so this limitation may not apply to you. If so, any such implied guarantee is limited to that required by law. This service guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
